Experience a culturally and historically significant site with 500 other people moving mindfully through public space. Join us for the Museum of Walking’s second annual fundraising event — A 90-minute artist-led silent walk through the Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Area.
Focusing on the everyday activity of walking and listening, this 3-mile walk promotes meaningful community engagement, public health and sustainability awareness while enhancing creative and divergent thinking.
theWALK takes place during Art Detour weekend, a multi-day community arts celebration in greater downtown Phoenix that opens with the annual Art d’Core Gala celebration on March 15th.
